Terms of Service

1. The Service

Listframe creates animated real estate listing videos generated from photos you provide. Videos are produced using a combination of AI-assisted video generation, editing, and design tools, and are custom-built per order.

2. Ordering and Payment

  • Orders are placed and paid for through our website via our third-party payment processor (Stripe).
  • Full payment is due at the time of order unless otherwise stated for a specific plan.
  • Subscription plans (recurring monthly video packages) renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. You may cancel at any time before your next renewal date; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and no partial refunds are issued for the remainder of an active period.

3. What You Provide

To complete your order, you must provide:

  • Listing photos. There is no fixed minimum, but the quality of the final video depends on having enough usable photos to work with. If the photos you submit are insufficient to produce a video, we will contact you to request additional photos or issue a refund at our discretion.
  • Any specific preferences requested during intake (style, pacing, music preference, rooms/features to prioritize, and anything you'd like excluded)

You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to submit and use the photos you provide. Listing photos are often owned by the photographer or brokerage that produced them, not the individual agent. By submitting photos, you represent and warrant that you own them or have obtained the necessary rights and permissions to use them for this purpose. Listframe is not responsible for verifying photo ownership and is not liable for any copyright or licensing disputes arising from photos you submit.

4. Delivery

  • Standard turnaround time is up to 48 hours from the time all required materials (photos and intake information) are received. This is a target, not a guaranteed deadline; delivery times may vary based on order volume or complexity.
  • Final videos are delivered via download link (e.g., Google Drive or similar) to the email address provided at checkout.

5. Revisions

Each order includes one round of minor revisions, which may include:

  • Swapping the background music
  • Correcting text, price, or address details
  • Minor trim or pacing adjustments

Revisions do not include a full re-shoot with different photos, a change to a different style entirely, or requests submitted more than [X] days after delivery. Requests beyond the included revision round, or outside this scope, may be treated as a new order at our discretion.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

We aim to get your video right the first time by asking detailed questions about your preferences before production begins. If the delivered video does not meet what was described in your order intake, we will revise it under the included revision round (Section 5) until it does. The satisfaction guarantee applies to matching the agreed-upon brief, not to open-ended creative preference changes unrelated to what was specified at the time of order.

7. Refunds

Because each video involves real production time and cost specific to your order, purchases are generally non-refundable once production has started. If we are unable to deliver a usable video that reasonably matches your order intake, and the issue cannot be resolved through the revision process, we will offer a refund at our discretion.

8. Ownership and Usage Rights

Upon full payment and delivery, you own the final delivered video and may use it for any lawful purpose, including your listing pages, social media, MLS, brokerage website, and print materials. Listframe retains no ownership claim over the delivered video but may, unless you opt out, use non-identifying excerpts or the finished piece in its own portfolio or marketing materials.

9. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Videos are produced using AI-assisted generation tools. While we take care to preserve the accuracy of the property shown, minor visual variations from the original photos are an inherent part of this process. You are responsible for reviewing the delivered video before publishing it and requesting any needed corrections through the included revision round.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Listframe is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost sales, lost listings, or reputational harm. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount paid for the order in question.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
