What is Listframe?
Listframe turns your existing listing photos into a cinematic walkthrough video, no camera crew, no extra shoot to schedule. You send us the photos you already have, and we handle the rest.
Do I need to schedule a videographer or shoot?
No. That's the whole point. We work entirely from the listing photos you already have. There's nothing to schedule and no one needs to visit the property.
How many photos do I need to send?
There's no fixed minimum. In general, more photos give us more to work with and a stronger final video. If the photos you submit aren't enough to produce a good result, we'll reach out to ask for more before starting, so you're never stuck with a video that doesn't do the listing justice.
How long does it take?
Delivery is within 48 hours of us receiving your photos and a few quick details about what you'd like. Turnaround is often faster, but 48 hours is what we commit to.
What format is the video delivered in?
An MP4 file, ready to upload anywhere, your listing page, MLS, social media, or brokerage site. Delivered as a direct download link to the email you provide.
What size/orientation is the video?
Right now, videos are delivered in standard 16:9 horizontal format, the best fit for listing sites, YouTube, and most MLS platforms. Vertical/social formats aren't available yet, but they're on the roadmap.
Can I choose the music?
Yes. You can opt for royalty-free background music (included at no extra cost) or request a music-free version if you'd rather add your own or keep it silent.
What if I want changes after I see the video?
Every order includes one round of minor revisions. If something doesn't match what you asked for during intake, we'll fix it as part of that included round.
What if I'm not happy with the result?
We ask detailed questions upfront (style preferences, which rooms matter most, anything to avoid) specifically so we get it right the first time. If the delivered video doesn't match what was described in your order, we'll revise it until it does, as part of your included revision round.
Do I own the final video?
Yes, completely. Once delivered, the video is yours to use anywhere: your listings, social media, MLS, brokerage site, print materials, wherever you'd like.
Am I responsible for the photos I upload?
Yes. Listing photos are sometimes owned by the photographer or brokerage rather than the individual agent, so please make sure you have the right to use and submit any photos you send us.
Do you offer refunds?
Because each video involves real production work specific to your order, purchases are generally non-refundable once we've started. If we're not able to deliver something that reasonably matches your request, even after the included revision, we'll work it out with you.
Is this AI-generated?
Yes, the video motion and animation are created using AI video generation tools, guided and edited by us to make sure the final result looks accurate and polished, not distorted or "off." You'll have a chance to review the video and request corrections through your included revision if anything looks wrong.
Do you offer subscriptions for multiple listings?
Yes. If you regularly have multiple active listings, our team plans include a set number of videos delivered each month at a lower per-video rate. You can cancel a subscription any time before your next billing date.
